چکیده
کار کودکان یکی از اساسی‌ترین معضلات اجتماعی عصر حاضر است. این پدیده هرچند درگذشته نیز وجود داشته،اما امروزه به دلیل تغییرات نظام‌های اقتصادی،اجتماعی و خانوادگی بیشتر مورد توجه است. در این میان ادبیات کودک به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای مهم نشر و القای نیاز‌های کودکان می‌تواند مخاطب را با حقوق کودک تشویق کند . داستان «بچه‌های قالیبافخانه» نوشته‌ی هوشنگ مرادی کرمانی تلاش کرده است از این زاویه به کودک و حمایت های حقوقی او توجه کند.این مقاله در پی آن است که با تبیین مولفه‌های حقوقی کودکان کار در این داستان، شیوه های خلاقانه نویسنده در ترویج حقوق کودکان کار را آشکار نماید. و لزوم توجه به حقوق کودکان در کارگاه‌های فرش‌بافی را یادآور شود. همچنین مقاله در پی آن است که میزان تأثیرپذیری وقایع این داستان از قوانین حمایت‌کننده کودکان را با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی موردمطالعه قرار دهد.نتیجه پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مؤلفه‌های حقوق کودک همچون سن کار،شرایط کار،دستمزد کودک، فضای کارگاه و کودک‌آزاری و منع از تحصیل در داستان به‌خوبی بیان‌شده است. نویسنده با استفاده از تکنیک طنز به ویژه گروتسک که در عناصر شخصیت و مکان به وضوح دیده می‌شود، عنصر تعلیق، زبان عامیانه، و بحران‌های پی درپی در داستان توانسته است توجه مخاطب را به موضوع اصلی داستان جلب کند.

Abstract
Child labor has always existed but today, due to the change in economic and social systems, more attention has been paid to it. Children’s literature as one of the important means of addressing children’s needs can persuade the audience to observe the children’s rights. Qalibafkhane written by Hooshang Moradi Kermani is one novel in which the children and their rights have been paid attention to. Discussing Iranian children's legal rights and international documents, this paper with a content analysis method studies how the writer has addressed children’s rights and child labor in Iran. The Results show that labor age, labor hour, child’s salary, labor environment and child abuse are among the most important factors of child’s labor which the author has portrayed with a simple language in an ironic way. Exact descriptions, variation in characters and using slang and comprehensible language give the readers easy clues to see the points mentioned.
